  • We ship to all major locations across India. Orders are processed from our office in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

  • We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, remote locations, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. The charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
  • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹10,000.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

6. Damaged Items in Transport

7. Cancellations and Changes

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, cancellations or changes may not be possible as the order may already be in processing or shipped.
